The device of volume measuring is internationally patented and certified for its measuring accuracy, from the Greek Institute of Metrology (error measurement 0.15%). Using the measuring device MAVOCS, anyone can calculate the volume of any material body of either regular or irregular shape without the need of pigeage, remuage and any radiation, as used to be performed till nowadays . A specific feature in porous bodies is that they can be measured only their net solid volume without the gaps inside the pores. By the combination of volume measurement with an accurate weighing, we can have as a result the real density of the material without the vacant pores being calculated. The precised measurement of density can provide us with the possibility to give the valuable conclusions about the composition, the purity of material and other applications as well. Also we can be able to measure the volume of spaces, either sealed or less sealed, (eg. Rooms in buildings, so it can be accurately calculated and shared the heating and cooling system).

New Tank Calibration method

Tank calibration is the procedure which someone is able to know any moment the corresponding level – volume of content. This way, we are able to calibrate tankers of any size or shape. Our method is distinguished by its very high level of accuracy, using the web application of the Greek Institute of Metrology, for the creation of the required volumetric table.

Our company is pleased to make known, that now has certification against the standard ISO 9001:2008, a prerequisite under the law for calibrating tanks (input-output system at gas stations).

The certification was granted by the Lloyds.

A specific feature of our method is the speed of the calibration procedure, which has as a result , the requested for calibration tanker can be out of service for a very little time . This automatically means a direct economic benefit from the procedure cost and an indirect one from the sooner functioning of the tanker.

For this purpose, our company has recently acquired, truck fully equipped with all modern instruments, to provide the optimum calibration, security personnel and calibrated facilities.
